Everything in life has its meaning...

Strong determination and positive attitude (plus may be the 6th sense, too)that is what brings desirable results...And indeed, it did. Yes,I am talking about the hearing process that was successfully closed to my advantage.
As always in my life here, it was like the last year about 5 minutes to 12... I am usually planning ahead of time but somehow it hasn't been working lately. Life is unpredictable and therefore I have learnt never to take anything for granted and be prepared for any shocking experience. This time in a good way

These days I'm "very much" enjoying humidly hot weather and sometimes have to play hide & seek with the Sun.
My sister told me it is reaching up to 40 C in some parts in Slovakia! It's been decades since the extreme temperature jumped so rapidly high over there. The Global Warming takes up on its grades... People don't drive so crazily your cars! Please, take a bus or train like me and we can reduce impact on our planet Earth and eventually on ourselves. Have you ever heard about the Koyoto protocol about Canada? This is interesting, take a look at this link:

Toronto, Montreal tour of Lucnica - Slovak Profesional Dance Group

Just found out that there are some Slovaks coming in July to U.S.A & Canada to perform! It would be a good chance to visit Montreal & Toronto, too! I have some picks in the Gallery so check this out. Oh,I so much want to dance with them...it's been a long time since I stopped.

 Hearing

So, I have a new info:

The hearing at ESB office is set for Monday, July 17 at 10:00 a.m. I have to send all necessary documents by Wednesday, June 21,2006 to Ministry of Labour & Citizens' Services. Quite paperwork to do yet! Well, all in all, I'm better off to prepare the facts and other details...
Tell you, I'm still dealing with my former employer since I left the job through an ESB officer - Tedd. It's all about money of course and I'm pretty sick of how people can be manipulative and greedy.
So far, all I know from Tedd is that my employer intends to make a financial settlement before the judgment day.Still, their offer is less what I put claim for on overtime hours worked...
Well enough, there should be some fines for any violations under ESB Act such as not having written records and keeping track of hours worked which have to be hard black & white facts. In addition, there will be witnesses, so I think it's gonna help me a lot.

Hey anyway, I have a nice fairy tale to say...never mind my employers' but if I didn't have a good chance of winning this I wouldn't have gone that far, believe me. Here it's about justice. That's all I can say.

Keep fingers crossed!

Kat
