 Hearing

So, I have a new info:

The hearing at ESB office is set for Monday, July 17 at 10:00 a.m. I have to send all necessary documents by Wednesday, June 21,2006 to Ministry of Labour & Citizens' Services. Quite paperwork to do yet! Well, all in all, I'm better off to prepare the facts and other details...
Tell you, I'm still dealing with my former employer since I left the job through an ESB officer - Tedd. It's all about money of course and I'm pretty sick of how people can be manipulative and greedy.
So far, all I know from Tedd is that my employer intends to make a financial settlement before the judgment day.Still, their offer is less what I put claim for on overtime hours worked...
Well enough, there should be some fines for any violations under ESB Act such as not having written records and keeping track of hours worked which have to be hard black & white facts. In addition, there will be witnesses, so I think it's gonna help me a lot.

Hey anyway, I have a nice fairy tale to say...never mind my employers' but if I didn't have a good chance of winning this I wouldn't have gone that far, believe me. Here it's about justice. That's all I can say.

Keep fingers crossed!

 My Birthday!

You are as old as you feel - and exactly this is what I feel like today! I feel very young in my spirit not at all 27. The question therefore should sound 'How young are you?' Honestly, it sounds much better...

Today, I've had the whole day off so I got to relax in bed in my pijamas until 3p.m. Not that I was clubing the night before...gonna do it later...but didn't feel like doing anything extra. I love these lazy days when you don't need to rush anywhere and put on make-up, just be simply comfortable not to put much effort about how u look or what you do... In a day it's gonna change as I and my friends go out in town to get some nice coctails a'la Martini or whatever tastes good. Can't wait...long time haven't had any alco!

 Mediation

Today, was a very nerve-wracking day. I could see knifes & forks flying in the air. Early in the morning I had to meet my former employer at The Labour Relations Board to solve some issues...long story.
Truly,I was glad after I left the building although it will continue further to the court. A nightmare but have to do it.

This experience is certainly interesting enough and will give me some insight to how things are done when it comes to serious business character.

Hope, soon there will be lighter days when I can focus on something else.

 Coquitlam City

It's been a quite a long time I didn't write anything here. As you already noticed I live in Coquitlam City! Previously, I had a chance to live here for couple of months, so it's nothing new for me.
I live in this nice area close to Douglas College but main importantly close to the beach volleyball courts!Summer's gonna be soo good, believe me!It's so bad my sis is not here, but well, have to find good bunch of people here to start playing... Anyone interested?
At this time I'm working on how to get to this D.College before new semester starts without much of financial contributions.Still have to decide what to study...so have quite a research to undergo until September.
Ufff, have to go to see my friends so take care till later!

 The last minute dicision

So, I have to say, I didn't expect so many things to happen in one week.
I moved out from Burnaby, got a new place to live in and decided to put the job on hold until I resolve some problems with my former employer...
Also, these days I'm very thankful for all the people that help me along the way of a new beginning in my life. But I have to say, the decision is mine at the end of the day about where I want to be and what I want to do...

Will see what's the future like.

Every bad experience is actually good experience. That's my motto for this week.

K.H.
